Alastair, David and Alexandra gave a presentation entitled "Teaching and learning in Second Life - experience from the Kamimo project". The presentation described David's courses in English presentation skills and Alexandra's research on the interaction between students and teacher during the course. There was an audience of around 100-150 in the auditorium and the sound quality in Second Life was excellent despite a shaky rehearsal earlier in the day. After Alastair took the audience on a short tour of Kamimo Island he joined Alexandra and David at the camp fire for discussion about the course.
